These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and youbet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the youbet platform available at youbet.ws, including all associated services, betting markets, casino games, software, and content (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering a youbet account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with youbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are written in English and govern all youbet accounts registered by players in Pakistan. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.

To register and maintain a youbet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. youbet strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by youbet or requested by you under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You must not have had a previous youbet account closed for a breach of these Terms.

youbet reserves the right to decline account registration applications at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason, and to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer obligations.

Each individual is permitted to hold one youbet account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, devices, or residential addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your youbet login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. youbet will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must promptly update your account information if any of your details change (including your email address, mobile number, or PKR payment method).
• You must notify youbet immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• youbet reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) documentation before processing withdrawals of any amount.

Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your youbet account or any rights or obligations associated with it to any other party.

All transactions on youbet Pakistan accounts are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). youbet does not apply hidden currency conversion fees to deposits or withdrawals made in PKR via supported payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Raast, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20.

• Minimum deposit: 500 PKR via Easypaisa or JazzCash. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer and USDT methods may differ as stated on the deposit page.
• Deposit processing: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits credit to your youbet balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to credit depending on your bank's processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal: 1,000 PKR. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Withdrawal processing time: Verified accounts receive withdrawal processing within 3 working days. Additional KYC documentation may extend this timeline.
• Maximum withdrawal: youbet reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits as stated in your account settings and updated from time to time.

youbet will not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts (i.e., accounts not registered in the same name as the youbet account). Funds deposited from a specific payment method may, at youbet's discretion, be required to be returned to that same method before any surplus is paid out to an alternative method.

All bets placed on the youbet Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport, market, and event type, as displayed on the relevant betting page. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the applicable rules before placing a bet. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on youbet:

• A bet is confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation number from the youbet system. youbet is not responsible for bets that fail due to connectivity issues on your end.
• youbet reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started (in-play bets accepted before the qualifying deadline are unaffected), or any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Odds are quoted at the time of bet placement. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect confirmed bets.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, youbet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Minimum stake per bet: 50 PKR. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Maximum payout per bet across all markets is set at 5,000,000 PKR unless a specific higher limit is agreed in writing between the player and youbet.

youbet's trading team monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to limit or restrict the markets, stake sizes, or odds available to any account where unusual or suspicious activity is identified, without being required to disclose the specific reasons for such restrictions.

All casino games available on the youbet Platform — including live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger), Jackpot Slots, and Game Show titles — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of youbet and cannot be influenced by any party, including youbet staff.

• Malfunction of casino software or hardware voids all associated plays and returns stakes to the affected player's youbet balance.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on Jackpot Slots titles are correct at the time of page load. The displayed jackpot may have been won by another player between the page loading and your spin. youbet is not liable for the difference.
• Live casino table limits (minimum and maximum stakes in PKR) are displayed on each table before you join. youbet reserves the right to modify table limits at any time.
• Disconnection during a live casino game round: if a disconnection occurs after a bet is placed and accepted by the live dealer studio, the round will be completed by the system and the outcome applied to your balance. youbet is not liable for disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

Cockfighting events and their associated betting markets are subject to the same fairness and audit standards applied to all other youbet products. All Cockfighting markets on youbet use independently certified outcome determination systems.

youbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistan players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they become withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated with each promotion. Stakes placed on live sports betting typically contribute 100% towards sports bonus wagering; slots contribution rates vary by title.
• Minimum qualifying deposit: Deposit match bonuses require a qualifying deposit of at least the minimum stated in the promotion. Deposits made via certain payment methods may be excluded from bonus eligibility — check promotion terms at the time of deposit.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity window, or wagering requirements not met within the stated period, will be forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus promotion may be held per youbet account at any time, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: youbet monitors for systematic exploitation of bonus promotions. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse (including low-risk arbitrage betting funded exclusively by bonus balances) will have bonuses confiscated and may have their accounts restricted.

youbet reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited to player accounts unless required by applicable law or regulation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the youbet Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Any agreement or coordination between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage, including coordinated betting across multiple accounts to exploit payout structures.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets on the basis of inside information, or in coordination with any party involved in the manipulation of a sporting event or casino outcome.
• Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written permission from youbet.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a youbet account. Any deposits identified as fraudulent will be reversed and the account closed.
• Money laundering: Using the youbet Platform to deposit and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring their origin. youbet operates a comprehensive anti-money laundering programme and will report suspicious activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one youbet account as described in Section 3.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use a youbet account if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the Platform by a person under 18.

youbet reserves the right to make the final determination on whether prohibited conduct has occurred and to take whatever action it deems appropriate, including legal action where warranted. Decisions made under this section are final and binding.

youbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the youbet Platform, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data you provide to youbet (including your name, Pakistan mobile number, email address, CNIC details, and payment information) is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have consented — marketing communications about youbet promotions and new features.

• youbet will never sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
• youbet may share data with trusted service providers (including payment processors, identity verification services, and game studios) strictly to the extent necessary to operate the Platform.
• youbet may disclose data to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or where youbet determines that disclosure is necessary to protect its legal rights or the safety of its users.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by youbet. Such requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

All data transmitted between your device and the youbet Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. youbet maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

youbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistan players. We recognise that while the vast majority of our users engage with the Platform safely for entertainment, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviours that require intervention and support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all youbet account holders and can be activated from the account settings panel at any time after youbet login:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of youbet.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Once reached, further betting is temporarily suspended.
• Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break from betting for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but betting, casino play, and deposits are disabled.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the youbet Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, youbet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your youbet account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

youbet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or event data;
• Service interruptions, Platform downtime, or technical failures outside youbet's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or actions of third-party service providers;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any bet, wager, or game outcome that is unfavourable to you, provided the Platform operated in accordance with these Terms at the time.

youbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, youbet will notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed upon youbet login. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the youbet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
